Activities – March 2018

April 22nd, 2018

During March we celebrated both Mothering Sunday and St Patricks Day.

We celebrated Mother’s Day with all our ladies by taking chocolates and sherry onto each of the units – the Residents were all delighted with this!  We celebrated St Patricks Day on the Market Place with some entertainment with refreshments including Baileys and Guinness on offer to those who wanted it.  We all had a really good time and enjoyed a sing-along of all the Irish songs, we also had instruments and Irish hats to enjoy!

Our usual monthly activities are continuing and we had a day out to the Wirral for afternoon entertainment and afternoon tea with Ann, Maureen, Kitty, May, Marie and Alice who all enjoyed their day.  We also had Easter Crafts this month were we made Easter Bonnets for our Easter Bonnet Parade on Easter Monday.
