The centre offers a modern, spacious and safe environment adapted to the needs of people with visual impairment. Our specialised rooms include a fully equipped training kitchen, two IT rooms, an art studio and a Braille room.
The Centre is equipped with many assistive devices for people with visual impairment, such as talking kitchen equipment, Perkins Braillers, PenFriend electronic labelling devices and others. With new technology progressing at a fast pace, there has been a great progress in the area of visual-impairment-friendly information technologies. Our IT specialists follow the latest development and make sure that the devices used in IT lessons are up to date and provide the service users with the best options available.
