You may recall that I wrote to you in December last year to inform you of a new service that Ofsted had introduced called Parent View. It is an online form for you to record your comments with respect to the service that we as a school provide. It is not dissimilar to the form that Ofsted circulate prior to you at the time of an inspection.

I am writing to again encourage you to visit this site and post your comments, details of which can be found below.

Parent View

Parent View gives parents and carers the opportunity to give their views on their child’s school, and to rank 12 key aspects such as quality of teaching, behaviour, level of homework, bullying and ultimately whether or not parents would recommend the school to other parents.

Parent View will not only help parents as they make important choices about their child’s education, but will also give Ofsted information about schools that will help them inform priorities for inspection.
